If you know me at all, you'll know I like—or more accurately need—to have a plan. Running a business without a plan is madness. If you don't know what you are trying to achieve, you'll never know if you succeed or not.
That's why I devote an entire day every month to planning the upcoming month. And—it should come as no surprise—I am always looking to improve my process. Change is a constant, and what worked last month might not work this month.
In that vein, I tried a new way of planning and organising my work in January, and it failed. In February, I'll be building on my failure.
